The Rhoads Gone Rogue is a family-run creative studio founded by Cassie and Chelsey Rhoads in 2024. After relocating from Georgia to Oil City through the artist relocation program, they set out to build a life centered on art, adventure, and storytelling. Their work spans puppet-building, photography, candle-making, and digital art—each piece crafted to spark imagination and connection within their growing creative community.
